It is with a heavy heart that we send this email to our devoted diners, but all good things must come to an end.
Nevsky Russian Restaurant will serve its last meals on 30 June 2024.
We are closing for a number of reasons; a major part of this is that the cost of operating has reached the point of not being sustainable. If we were to continue to trade, it would mean we would have to make our pricing quite unpleasant.
We are just a simple cook and waiter, not corporate mongols, so the decision to not do this and close instead was not made lightly.
To those who have supported us over the last 13 years, we thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. We have made many good memories, met a lot of amazing people, and made some good friends over the years, not only from our diners but from our staff as well.
We would love to see you before Sunday 30 June, so feel free to book a table today.
Nevsky's menu is predominately gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs, with the exception of the obvious items. Look for (gf) symbols on our menu. We are more than happy to amend or substitute suitable menu components, where possible, to meet dietary requirements.
Intolerances to onion and garlic are not very compatible with Russian cuisine, but with at least 24 hours notice we can do more to accommodate these requirements.
Vegan guests can be accommodated with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
It is not possible to provide menu items without onion and/or garlic, cater for fructose intolences or vegans, on the day. Your options will be very limited so please let us know in advance.
Should you have mobility issues let us know when you book as we have stairs to the upper dining level.
